Symptoms Possible Solutions
Water won’t fill ✓ Make sure power cord is plugged in properly
✓ Check if water faucet is turned on
✓ Full timer knob out to start washer
✓ Make sure the hose is not twisted
✓ Make sure the controls are properly set
✓ Refer to the manual to ensure the drain hose is properly installed

Machine won’t start / agitate / spin ✓ Make sure lid is closed properly
